Appointment Times
We request that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment, so that you may relax after we have checked you in.
Late Arrivals
Please be aware that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or re-schedule a service, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full value of the service.
Teen Services
Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult while at Calm Waters Spa.

Gratuities
For your convenience a 20% service charge will be added to all treatments in lieu of the therapist’s gratuity.
